From Frustration to Innovation
Founded by AI researchers and enterprise software veterans, ThoughtsMachine emerged from a simple frustration: existing AI chatbots either made things up or required months of custom development to be useful.
We saw the gap between what generic AI promised and what businesses actually needed — accurate answers grounded in their own knowledge, not fabricated responses that erode trust.
So we built iKB with accuracy as a core principle. Through careful data ingestion, prompt engineering, and document-grounded responses, iKB aims to deliver more reliable answers.
iKB is now in its first release, featuring multi-channel deployment (web, widget, WhatsApp, and more), support for AI models like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, multiple document formats, and enterprise-grade security. We're just getting started.
